Jane Seychell is a pencil artist translating the subjects of memory, nostalgia, nature and the special connections we build throughout our lives into her realism drawings.

Under the Oak

Ulverstone, Tasmania.

Centrally located in North-West Tasmania in the buzzing town of Ulverstone and just 15-20 minutes from Devonport ferry terminal and airport.  You can find Under the Oak at 2/34 Reiby Street, Ulverstone.

Under The Oak provides a platform for Tasmanian makers and artisans - including Christie Lange Ceramics - to showcase their unique wares in an inviting retail setting. We stock over 50 Tasmanian brands of quality handmade products including jewellery, homewares, clothing, paper craft, artwork and some timber items.

Christie Lange Ceramics stocks a range of hand-built tableware and textural vases at Under the Oak.

Take home a little piece of 'Tassie' and its people with an item that has been handmade with love and care.

Kapi Artspace, Kalorama, Victoria, Australia

Kapi Art Space is a gallery and teaching studio based in the Yarra Ranges - not far from where Christie grew up - encouraging supportive and inclusive arts-based activities and events.

It is situated near the top of the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria at 1282 Mount Dandenong Tourist Road, Kalorama

Head to the Gallery to see, touch and choose from a selection of Christie’s handmade ceramic tableware and vases to take home or give as unique gifts.

Art as Mania, Deloraine, Tasmania, Australia

Opened in August 2017 by owner Laura Window, Art as Mania has become the premier art and craft gallery in Deloraine, Tasmania.

Located at 20 - 22 Emu Bay Road, Deloraine.

Poatina Tree Gallery, Poatina, Tasmania, Australia

The Poatina Tree Art Gallery is located adjacent to the village green at the heart of Poatina.  Adjoining the popular Tiers Tea Lounge, it is a refreshing purpose-built space set aside to display visual art of all kinds. Regular exhibitions feature both local artists and those connected to Poatina in other ways such as through our Artist in Residence Program or annual Faith and the Arts Summer School event.

The volunteer artist-run gallery aims to support emerging and established artists by providing a low-cost, quality exhibition venue in the context of the supportive community of artists and villagers who reside in Poatina.

Opening 10am - 4pm Friday to Sunday each week, the gallery is a popular destination for visitors to the village, offering the opportunity to enjoy a quality hot beverage and delicious locally produced food while taking a moment to relax and enjoy the art.Head to the Great Western Tiers and visit the Poatina Tree Gallery in the quaint village square.
